Eneco is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their B2C Customer Platforms teams, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. This role involves hands-on leadership and technical direction spanning web and mobile technologies including React, .NET, Kotlin, Swift, and Sitecore JSS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead two cross-functional agile product teams (8 FTE) working on initiatives to grow and retain Eneco's customer base.
  • Drive technical excellence across the stack: React.js / Next.js, Sitecore JSS, .NET Core, Kotlin, Swift, KMP, Jetpack Compose, and SwiftUI.
  • Own and shape the technical roadmap emphasizing architectural integrity, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align technical execution with business outcomes.
  • Facilitate agile processes such as stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers across frontend, backend, and mobile disciplines.
  • Champion modern engineering practices, continuous improvement, and a culture of experimentation.
