The EAA CX Agent Experience organization builds unified, secure agent tooling platforms that proactively surface, investigate, and prevent illicit financial activities while improving agent productivity and reducing user friction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Customer Experience, CX Agent Experience, and Technology leader to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient compliance tools.
- Collaborate with third‑party vendors to evaluate solutions and drive build‑vs‑buy decisions.
- Build and manage an engineering team and guide development of product features and underlying infrastructure.
- Coach direct reports, chart career paths, and create an environment for continuous learning and innovation.
- Work with engineers, designers, product managers, cross‑org stakeholders, and senior leadership to create and execute quarterly roadmaps.
- Break down complex projects into smaller deliverables and iterate on design and implementation with Product and Engineering.
- Be a technical voice in the organization and support your team in making architectural decisions.
- Source and hire engineers in partnership with talent organization.
- Own and deliver processes that drive engineering quality and meet engineering SLAs.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential issues, working within constraints to avoid adverse impact.
- Communicate technical themes clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences, including weekly and monthly program updates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 2 years of leading large distributed teams with technical leadership.
- Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi‑tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of high quality code and software engineering processes and the ability to foster an environment that produces them.
- Execution‑focused with the ability to navigate ambiguity, do long‑term thinking, and short‑term planning.
- Passion for human interface tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of agent experiences.
- Strong agile mindset and ability to orchestrate technical resources in resource‑constrained environments.
- Proven ability to build order out of chaos with minimal guidance.
Nice to have:
- Experience at fast‑paced, high growth internet/software companies.
- Experience integrating with 3rd party vendor applications such as Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Sprinklr and other customer service technologies.

Compensation & Additional Details
- Pay Range (depending on work location): $186,065 — $218,900 USD (full time offers also include target bonus + target equity + benefits).
