NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex, multidisciplinary system integration programs with third party companies to enable NVIDIA products. You are expected to thrive in an agile, forward-thinking environment balancing process, quality, and execution speed. The role focuses on delivering Data Center Enterprise solutions across OEM/CSP partners with strong planning and technical skills. The work will align with business larger strategy requiring high-level planning and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead NVIDIA's Data Center Systems and Network platforms integration with external partners from early design phases through production.
  • Collaborate across teams to plan and drive hardware/software objectives.
  • Assemble requirements and prioritize, schedule, and plan all phases of the product lifecycle for third-party customers.
  • Manage breakthroughs and schedules for multiple moving parts.
  • Translate customer requirements into specific tasks assigned to relevant functional areas.
  • Collect, prioritize, track, and drive resolution of customer-reported issues.
  • Represent urgency of issues correctly and escalate as appropriate.
  • Communicate issue status to customers and internal senior executives.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues and keep projects on track.
  • Regularly report executive-level program status and key issues to management.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in high-tech industry focusing on Technical Program Management, preferably with third-party CSPs/OEMs.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs with strategic customers with large datacenter deployments (Tier-1 OEMs or CSPs).
  • Technical understanding of server hardware development, network topologies, network interfaces, and datacenter qualification/deployment.
  • Leadership skills leading broad, diverse functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.

  • Experience working with large CSPs/OEMs/ODMs on system integration, development, and deployment with ambitious timelines/resources.
  • Comfortable defining and driving complex programs understanding dependencies, critical paths, key landmarks, and results.
  • Experience managing multiple CSPs/OEMs customers and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
