Responsibilities

• Quickly gain a local and global overview of our IT landscape (full stack) and put on your IT hat in projects so that everything runs smoothly and coherently.
• Work agilely, examine processes holistically, remodel, change and adapt where necessary.
• Support colleagues in daily business and beyond with your all-round expertise.
• Manage data management, business process development and requirements engineering.
• Assist with the creation of business cases, product lifecycle management (Java Microservices, Core Banking, DWH) and stakeholder management.
• Analyze, evaluate and design effective, efficient, and sustainable IT solutions (API / Kafka based) in collaboration with developers, architects, and product owners during requirements management.
• Correct errors, provide advice and support in third-level support, develop tests and assist specialist departments with tests.
• Maintain meaningful IT system, test and process documentation and help plan, prioritize and implement all business extensions in data, analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Know-how in requirements engineering and management as well as software engineering, especially analysis, conception and modelling.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, including Java Microservices, Kafka, APIs.
• Professional experience in the financial services environment, preferably banking sector.
• Practice in classic and agile project management.
• Communication and presentation skills paired with analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, systematic and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
