The Team
The FMGT Tribe is the change delivery department of Financial Markets (FM) and Group Treasury (GT), focused on realizing clients’ dreams by connecting them to global markets, providing financial solutions, and delivering long-lasting value.
Role and responsibilities
- Combine market, system knowledge, and business expertise to lead delivery of change initiatives and provide post-production support.
- Interface between stakeholders (trading, risk management, Ops, IT, markets, software vendors) to identify technology and process solutions.
- Represent the business voice to the squads.
- Empower financial risk and trading teams with functional support on pricing, risk management, and position keeping systems.
- Facilitate delivery of changes by providing end-to-end validation expertise.
- Understand key Customer Journeys, identifying solution improvements.
- Document and share knowledge on end-to-end customer journeys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Act as a customer voice ensuring concerns are addressed.
- Simplify and solve issues on processes and systems; participate/lead refinement and solution design.
- Work independently with foresight on decision implications.
- Lead and inspire others regarding deliverables for stability, reliability, and user experience.
- Foster an environment of open dialogue encouraging collaboration and responsibility.
- Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
- Train and coach parties for understanding, adoption, and implementation of solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- 5+ years in Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
- Deep knowledge of financial products and their life cycles (FX, MM, Rates & Credits, Fixed Income, Repos).
- Understanding of risk management concepts (market, credit, operational risk).
- Experience supporting traders and market risk managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and trading/risk systems.
- Python programming, shell scripting, automated workflow orchestration experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud native software development like Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management tools (Azure BLM), familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Agile/Scrum working experience is a plus.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments.
- Comfortable in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Proactive in bringing fresh ideas and embracing fast-changing complexities.
