Role overview

We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Specialist for a cross-border operational team responsible for end-to-end handling of fraud alerts and signals (from alert systems, customer notifications or third parties). The team evaluates alerts and takes preventive measures to minimize damage and impact of fraud to the organization and customers. You will participate in discussions about new modus operandi, fraud trends, process optimization, work improvements and building group standards to fight fraudsters.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and evaluating fraud alerts
• Analyzing data to identify fraud trends
• Working within established procedures
• Communicating with various internal entities

Requirements

• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• English at B2 level (speaking and writing)
• Basic knowledge of cybercrime threats (e.g., phishing, malware, social engineering attacks)
• Experience and effectiveness in operational work
• Initiative, commitment and openness to new challenges
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ready to work 24/7 (shift work in hybrid mode)

Bonus / Nice to have

• Experience working in an international environment
• Knowledge of AGILE way of working
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SQL basics
