Help us reimagine banking ā one component at a time.
On September 2nd, 2025, the Generic Customer Processes (GCP) Grid within the Customer Data Solutions (CDS) organization officially started. This grid brings end-to-end business processes, customer journeys, and application ownership together. In this department we design and build journeys every customer touches ā from signing up for an account to updating personal details and managing preferences. We work on generic customer processes that are critical to smooth, consistent and user-friendly journeys across the organisation. Our mission is to enhance and digitalize customer processes, building them in a modular way from building blocks of a modern, seamless banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a chapter of front-end developers, providing guidance, coaching and support in their personal and professional development, and build a strong chapter culture.
- Set and drive best practices in front-end development across teams.
- Drive adoption of front-end best practices, ensuring code quality, performance and maintainability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies and integrate them where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers and back-end developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
- Support chapter members through regular 1-on-1s, feedback cycles and career growth planning.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and align with other Chapter Leads to maintain technical consistency and foster innovation.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within front-end development, preferably as a Chapter Lead or similar.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries like Vue.js, React or Angular.
- Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems (Webpack, npm, Git).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful APIs.
- Experience in performance optimization and front-end testing frameworks.

Benefits
- Gross monthly salary (based on a 36-hour work week), including vacation pay and benefit budget: ā¬5.112 - ā¬7.303 per month.
- Benefit budget equals 11% of salary (can be taken via Benefit Shop or paid out if unused).
- Five weeks of vacation per year (option to purchase up to four additional weeks).
