As a Global Verint OM Consultant within ING bank, you will lead the implementation and optimization of the Verint Operations Management (OM) application across international branches and operational units. Your role is critical in enhancing workforce management efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced Verint capabilities. You will act as a consulting advisor, technical expert, and change agent in the bank's digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end Verint OM application rollouts to support Operations Management across multiple banking units.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of Verint solutions aligned with operational goals and compliance standards.
  • Apply structured change management approaches to drive adoption and minimize disruption in regulated environments.
  • Serve as the bank's internal Verint expert: advise on tool capabilities, configuration, and optimization strategies; deliver tailored implementation, training, and coaching to operational teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Verint solutions that support operational transparency and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate digital transformation initiatives involving Verint API integrations with core banking workflow systems, CRM platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data flows.
  • Oversee development and deployment of Verint dashboards for real-time monitoring and strategic insights.
  • Promote consistent usage of Verint across teams to harmonize data collection and reporting.
  • Support senior management with actionable insights derived from Verint dashboards and analytics; identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and predictive analytics.

Requirements

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations Management (OM) implementation, preferably within financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading global or multi-site initiatives.
  • High data literacy and analytical skills; ability to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, dashboard configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • English: advanced (C1), written and spoken.

Preferred

  • Experience in banking operations, compliance, or workforce optimization.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) and risk management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and enterprise change management practices.
  • Occasional international travel may be required to support on-site implementations and stakeholder engagement.

Compensation

  • Wage (gross): 3.315 EUR/month (provided as the basic minimum salary component; final conditions subject to discussion but not less than this minimum).
