Design and manage on-premises Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, DNS, and related services.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline identity lifecycle processes.
Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate provisioning and configuration of Dev & Test environments using Infrastructure-as-Code.
Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of Active Directory configurations and access controls.
Stay updated with the latest developments in IAM and RBAC technologies, with experience in privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
Ensure familiarity with compliance standards.

Agile mindset with experience in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, KANBAN) and working in agile project teams.
Strong self-organization, accountability, and structured work approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with various stakeholders.
Experience in working with automation frameworks (e.g., Agent Development Kit).
Extensive expertise in on-premises Active Directory, including design and problem-solving capabilities.
In-depth understanding of PAM concepts and RBAC design principles.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MS Cybersecurity Architect) are advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative team spirit, and proficiency in English with knowledge of German.
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices.

A gross monthly salary between €4968 - €7051 (see salary below).
