NVIDIA is advancing internal audit strategies and strengthening security and technology frameworks. We are seeking a leader who brings curiosity and adaptability to drive audit innovation, risk management excellence, and compliance across IT and security domains. This role partners closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to assess controls, deliver actionable insights, and mentor audit team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead audits assessing the efficiency of IT operational controls, cybersecurity practices, and compliance measures.
  • Manage audit projects from prioritization to reporting, focusing on high-impact risks and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Design audit testing approaches using advanced data analytics to drive data accuracy and integrity.
  • Communicate strategic findings with clear, influential reporting tailored to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop audit team members to deepen expertise in technology and security auditing.
  • Ensure audit work products meet regulatory and professional requirements and the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to provide comprehensive coverage on security and IT risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience demonstrating proficiency in IT auditing, cybersecurity assessments, and IT operations audits.
  • CISA or CISSP certification preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of COBIT frameworks, COSO methodologies, and SOC compliance standards.
  • Strong risk management background with the capability to review complex IT environments.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to lead multiple concurrent audit projects.
  • Expert communication skills to translate technical audit findings into practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate change and cultivate agreement among senior collaborators.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Experience conducting operational audits in large hardware or technology organizations, with emphasis on security, cloud, and information technology.
  • In-depth exposure to cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002 and NIST, and familiarity with agile auditing practices.
  • Previous experience in leading technology companies or consulting engagements focused on IT and security audits.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary range: 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
