Join the NordPass Mobile team as a senior iOS engineer focused on building secure, scalable client-side solutions for millions of users while following a zero-knowledge security model. You will work in a cross-functional squad to design, implement and maintain the NordPass iOS application, taking ownership of features from research and design through release and monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team (developers, QA, Product, and Engineering Manager) to develop, maintain, and deliver end-to-end solutions for the NordPass iOS app.
  • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle: research, design, implementation, release, and monitoring of builds.
  • Design scalable technical solutions for millions of users while adhering to the zero-knowledge policy.
  • Implement client-side business requirements, prioritizing end-to-end encryption and user data security.
  • Collaborate with other NordPass iOS developers across teams to improve project architecture, execute plans, and integrate new technologies (e.g., SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency).
  • Contribute to technical tasks, provide peer feedback, and participate in technical interviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional iOS development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift.
  • Commitment to writing high-quality, testable code.
  • Familiarity with Apple build systems, release tools, and processes.
  • Ability to follow Continuous Integration (CI) practices and Agile product development principles.
  • Understanding of reactive functional programming principles.
  • Emphasis on client-side security, encryption, and protecting user data (zero-knowledge mindset).
