Responsibilities
- Provide in-office support for the New York office.
- Provide amazing day to day support across hardware and software platforms for users of all experience levels.
- Support Coinbase’s SaaS tools, compliance practices, on/off-boarding processes, and calibration hardware in conference rooms and event spaces.
- Learn, document, train, and support new applications and IT procedures, continuously refining efficiency.
- Create detailed and impactful documentation for peers and users.
- Participate in IT Operations scrum teams to deliver projects and enhance service capabilities globally.
- Act as point of contact on technical matters for local product and operations teams and other stakeholders.
- Partner with IT Procurement to coordinate vendors and ensure efficient logistics and supply chains.
- First line troubleshooting for network connectivity issues and triage as needed.
- First line troubleshooting for AV/conference room issues and triage as needed.
- Troubleshoot desk connectivity issues (monitors, keyboards, mouse, LAN connections). Replace cables/connectors as necessary.
Requirements
- Technical support expertise on macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Android, Windows, and AWS Workspaces administration.
- Agent-level experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems.
- Mid-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong administration experience with Google for Business, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, Slack.
- Proven troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to move and set up hardware and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience managing service vendors.
Nice to Haves
- Experience project managing medium scale rollouts.
- Scripting and automation experience.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.

Salary
- Hourly rate of $54.47 USD.
