Do you like to ensure a secure, compliant, and user-friendly API Access capability to our consumers, as a senior Product Owner who leads more than just the product? Then we're looking for you! You will be end-to-end responsible for ensuring we offer a safe API Access capability that is consumed according to the standards and guidelines we set, and you will be able to monitor this and steer the organization. Responsibilities

• Enhance capabilities/services and increase their usage and coverage within the organization.
• Act as an Identity and Access Expert; steer the organization to have safe, easy, and compliant services.
• Serve as a functional leader and authority on the capability within your responsibility.
• Drive improvements in working methods within the Identity & Access (I&A) grid.
• Use knowledge of complex IT environments, Identity and Access Management, IT audit, and banking channels to increase compliance and reduce cyber risk.
• Develop a vision and roadmap for the capability's future and promote its development.
• Function as a senior product owner in an agile environment driving teams.
• Stay updated on latest developments in Identity and Access Management, IT infrastructure, and online banking.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and peers.

Working Environment

• Serve as Capability Owner for the API Access Capability within ABN AMRO CISO's Identity and Access Grid.
• Member of Workforce Enablement & Control team focusing on functional aspects of Identity & Access.
• Collaborate with Workforce IT delivery to ensure technically robust products.

Requirements

Must have hard skills:

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management and complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM capabilities including identity management, authentication, access & authorization, privileged access management.
• Knowledge of API protocols such as REST, SOAP, OAuth.
• 3+ years in functional leadership roles, demonstrating authority without formal hierarchical power.
• 5+ years as a Senior Product Owner with proven strategic roles.
• Understanding of directives and legislation, e.g., DORA, AI Act.

Soft skills:

• Vision and strategic planning.
• Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Pro-active with excellent communication skills.

Nice to haves:

• Relevant certifications like CISA and CISSP.
• Security knowledge of main IT layers: operating systems, network infrastructure, and database management.
• Experience creating policy standards and guidelines for IAM.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes.
