Location: Vilnius (hybrid)
Team: Quality Assurance - Saily

Responsibilities

• Manual testing of Saily API, including some web platform testing
• Define processes for a test plan and manage several phases of a testing cycle
• Proactively suggest product quality improvements by participating in feature planning and estimation with the development team
• Analyze bugs found during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases
• Create detailed and well-structured test cases
• Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment
• Work closely with product and engineering managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality product
• Train and mentor less senior team members in best QA practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing
• Experience testing APIs
• Expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Demonstrated experience in driving QA direction
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile practices
• Fluency in English

Bonus Points

• Experience in test automation
• ISTQB Foundation certificate (advantageous but not mandatory)

Compensation

• Gross salary: 3,000 EUR - 4,600 EUR per month
