We're creating an Enterprise Web Browser from scratch based on Chromium, seeking to revolutionize safe access to web apps in the workplace. With remote work, web-based tools, and BYOD policies becoming the norm, businesses need a browser that works for them—not against them. Traditional browsers lack the security, observability, and management features organizations require, leaving security teams without the tools to detect threats, respond effectively, and control access. With greater visibility, they can shift from reactive fixes to proactive threat prevention and informed decision-making.

We are looking for a Middle Manual QA to strengthen the team of 6 Devs + Tech Lead, as well as 1 Lead QA. Your responsibilities will spin around apps testing, with a lot of on-premise work, so WFO would be crucial for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of desktop applications
• Analyze requirements and designs to define testing needs
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers in feature development
• Define test criteria and create detailed, well-structured test cases
• Prepare relevant test data
• Execute functional and non-functional tests
• Analyze found bugs during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases
• Take ownership of quality improvement strategy development and implementation
• Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment
• Report testing progress and results clearly and regularly
• Continuously review and refine test cases for effectiveness

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years experience in software testing
• Advanced knowledge of test design and a variety of testing techniques
• Strategic thinking and ability to see the bigger picture of the product from business perspective and processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of test design and a variety of test techniques
• Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience with Agile/Kanban or similar methodologies and understanding of how to work in dev teams
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
