Your impact will be helping businesses stay protected and moving forward with future-ready network security. The team is creating an Enterprise Web Browser from scratch (based on Chromium) to provide improved security, observability, and management features for organizations.

This role is for a Middle Manual QA to strengthen a team of 6 developers + Tech Lead and 1 Lead QA. The role focuses on manual testing of desktop applications and requires substantial on-premise work (WFO is crucial). The position is hybrid and located in Vilnius.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of desktop applications
  • Analyze requirements and designs to define testing needs
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers in feature development
  • Define test criteria and create detailed, well-structured test cases
  • Prepare relevant test data
  • Execute functional and non-functional tests
  • Analyze found bugs during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases
  • Take ownership of quality improvement strategy development and implementation
  • Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment
  • Report testing progress and results clearly and regularly
  • Continuously review and refine test cases for effectiveness

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years experience in software testing
  • Advanced knowledge of test design and a variety of testing techniques
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture of the whole product from a business perspective
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding of how to work in dev teams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills

Gross Salary: 2810 - 4300 EUR / Month
