We are looking for Manual QA Engineers to extend our Saily team. We’re seeking specialists with experience in either mobile testing (to join our Apps team) or API testing (to join our Backend team). If you’re passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Manual testing of the Saily product
  • Defining processes for a test plan and several phases of a testing cycle
  • Proactively suggest product quality improvements by participating in feature planning and estimation with the development team
  • Analyze found bugs during tests and prepare recommendations for process improvements to avoid similar cases
  • Create detailed and well-structured test cases
  • Ensure that the product is at a high-quality level for deployment
  • Work closely with product and engineering managers, developers, and other QA team members in ensuring high-quality product
  • Train and mentor less senior team members in best QA practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing
  • Experience testing mobile apps or APIs
  • Expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in driving QA direction
  • Collaborative attitude
  • Knowledge of best Agile practices
  • Fluency in the English language

Bonus Points

  • Experience in test automation
  • ISTQB Foundation certificate would be considered a huge advantage (not mandatory)
