Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for the Front-Office Trading system including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Work closely with Product Owner, developers, and vendors to resolve production issues and add new features.
  • Participate in business requirements analysis, translating into functional designs and maintaining testing automation.
  • Assist with functional and process testing, technical improvements (automation, monitoring, Azure DevOps pipelines), and innovation proposals.
  • Collaborate internationally with capability squads and Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Support backlog management, user story creation, and vendor liaison for system updates.
  • Participate in out-of-hours support on a rotational basis.
  • Occasional travel to Amsterdam and London.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years in IT OPS (BA) with a preference for Financial Markets and eFX experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking/financial markets and FX products.
  • Experience as Business Analyst/OPS Engineer implementing complex functional solutions.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (Python, Playwright), manual and automated test case writing.
  • Skilled in writing SQL queries for test data.
  • Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management.
  • Nice to have: DevOps experience, scripting (Python), Java programming, CI/CD pipelines, automation/configuration management tools such as Azure DevOps and YAML.
  • Experience with backlog management systems like Service-Now.

  • Hands-on mentality, proactive, able to work independently.
  • Creative and passionate about technology, good team player.
  • Nice to have mentoring skills and clear communication.

Languages & Education:

  • Advanced English spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT-related field.
