Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level IT systems focusing on scalability, performance, and flawless user experience.
• Lead the integration of diverse IT systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption during transitions.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies to find opportunities for innovation and optimization within IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with teams across product and engineering to adapt IT solutions to evolving requirements.
• Successfully implement large-scale company-wide IT initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Analyze and resolve complex IT issues, maintaining system integrity and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ years of experience in IT engineering roles with proven successful system implementations and optimizations.
• Deep expertise in cloud computing, SaaS applications, integration platforms, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies.
• Strong business insight with ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Outstanding leadership skills to motivate teams, build consensus, and lead organizational change.
• Effective communication skills for audiences with varied technical expertise including senior leaders.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.

Ways to Stand Out

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Background in technology or engineering industry.
• Experience with large-scale on-prem to cloud migrations for enterprise applications like Atlassian and Artifactory.

Compensation

Base salary range: 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD, determined by location, experience, and comparable pay. Eligibility for equity and benefits is included.
