Base salary range: 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Applications accepted at least until July 29, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Technology leadership: design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level IT systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.
- System integration: lead integration of diverse IT systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption during transitions.
- Innovation and optimization: continuously evaluate new technologies and standard methodologies to find opportunities for optimization within the IT infrastructure.
- Collaboration and partnership: work with product and engineering teams to ensure IT solutions adapt to evolving requirements.
- Focused execution: implement company-wide IT initiatives at large scale, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and business goal alignment.
- Problem solving: analyze and resolve complex IT issues to maintain system integrity and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of experience in IT engineering roles, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and optimizations.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud computing, SaaS applications, integration platforms, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies.
- Strong business insight: ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into IT solutions.
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience driving change and building consensus across organizations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to convey information to audiences with varying technical expertise, including senior leaders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
Ways to stand out
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Background in the technology or engineering industry.
- Experience with large-scale on-prem to cloud migrations for enterprise applications such as Atlassian and Artifactory.
