ABN AMRO Clearing is a global clearing firm offering financial services to professional trading participants worldwide. They clear, finance, and manage trades for exchange-listed and non-exchange-listed instruments across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CMDB within the ITSM solution (ServiceNow) ensuring controlled changes to system and content
- Oversee hardware, software, and financial IT assets and maintain proper registration in the CMDB
- Create and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies and enforce policies and best practices
- Handle both operational and process improvements related to ITAM
- Assist in setting up Clearings CSDM (Common Services Data Model)
- Integrate ITAM with other ITIL processes
- Serve as backup for IT change management
- Collaborate with global IT teams across regions (Europe, AP, US)
Working Environment
- Member of the Center of Excellence (CoE) IT Control & Service Management within 1Global organization
- Work within Service Management team focusing on ITIL process management
- Collaborate with Product and Platform GRID teams and international colleagues
- Agile working environment with prioritization through Quarterly Business Reviews
Requirements
Must-have:
- 7+ years in IT Service Management
- 3+ years in IT Asset Management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
- ITIL v3/4 Practitioner certification
- Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), or equivalent
Preferred:
- Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
- Experience with ITIL Change Management
- Experience in regulated, financial or IT industries
- Familiarity with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence) and/or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of IT best practices, information management, IT systems, and regulations
