You will play a key role in shaping digital solutions that empower customers to adopt sustainable practices, directly contributing to Eneco’s goal of becoming climate neutral by 2035. You will lead a multidisciplinary team within a dynamic digital organisation, driving innovation and transformation of products and services to deliver outstanding user experiences and impactful change. You will have full ownership of the product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and delivery, with a strong focus on technical products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the digital product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute a clear product roadmap and align with OKRs.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, foster innovation, mentor junior members and provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure end-to-end product ownership: product quality, user experience, strategic decisions on features, design and content.
  • Use data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions and prioritise impactful work.
  • Oversee product architecture with technical teams to ensure scalability, performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Facilitate agile rituals (Scrum) and ensure delivery excellence across projects.
  • Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams and levels.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in digital product development with a focus on technical products and architectures.
  • 5+ years of experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and GIS solutions, preferably based on the SAP suite (SAP S/4HANA and Esri).
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of asset management business processes and the relationship between asset management, GIS and finance processes.
  • Strong understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise and SAP EAM / SAP S/4HANA.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product vision and roadmap, think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration, communication and project management skills.
  • Experience driving data-driven execution, continuous discovery and measurable product outcomes.

  • Gross annual salary between €90,000 and €120,000 (including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance; role-dependent bonus or collective profit sharing may apply).
