You will play a key role in shaping digital solutions that empower customers to adopt sustainable practices, directly contributing to Eneco’s goal of becoming climate neutral by 2035. You will lead a multidisciplinary team within a dynamic digital organization, driving innovation and transformation of products and services to deliver outstanding user experiences and impactful change. You will have full ownership of the product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and delivery, with a strong focus on technical products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the digital product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Lead and grow a multidisciplinary product team; mentor junior members and foster innovation.
  • Own end-to-end product development: roadmap, feature definition, design, delivery and quality.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand and oversee product architecture and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Use data and continuous discovery to inform prioritization and validate solutions (data-driven execution).
  • Facilitate agile rituals (Scrum) and provide agile/product leadership to improve collaboration and delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders and build alignment across teams; evangelize product vision internally and externally.
  • Define and align product roadmap and OKRs with team and company goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in digital product development, with a focus on technical products and architectures.
  • 5+ years experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and GIS solutions, preferably based on the SAP suite (SAP S/4HANA and Esri).
  • Strong understanding of Asset Management business processes and the relationship between asset management, GIS and finance processes.
  • Solid knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise and SAP EAM (SAP EAM suite / SAP S/4HANA).
  • Proven skills in roadmap development, stakeholder collaboration, project management and execution/delivery.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making, continuous discovery and validating product solutions.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile processes and working with OKRs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Gross annual salary between €90,000 and €120,000, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance; depending on role a bonus or collective profit sharing may apply.
