Details

Lead the transformation of Eneco's B2B website experience with an app-first mindset, leveraging AI (Conversational AI and Generative AI), experimentation, and data to drive acquisition, engagement and conversion while ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., Energy Act).

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the B2B website, aligned with Eneco’s digital and sustainability strategy.
  • Lead an empowered, cross-functional product team (developers, UX designer, researcher, and data analyst) in an agile setup.
  • Be responsible for the website experience to drive online acquisition, engagement and service for business customers.
  • Use data and insights to prioritize features and continuously improve performance (A/B testing, experimentation).
  • Educate and inspire others about digital product management and innovation.
  • Champion product thinking and UX best practices to ensure the website is intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize customer journeys.
  • Experiment with AI-driven solutions to enhance personalization, content delivery, and user experience.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or web environments.
  • Knowledge of UX/design principles and ability to work closely with designers and researchers.
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools or applications, including Conversational AI and GenAI integration.
  • Experience with content management systems used in web development or digital marketing.
  • Background in marketing or strong collaboration experience with marketing teams.
  • Understanding of agile principles and a data-driven mindset (use of analytics and A/B testing).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for creating outstanding digital experiences.

  • Gross annual salary between 290,000 and 2120,000 (including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance; depending on role a bonus or collective profit sharing may apply).
