Details

Eneco is looking for an experienced digital Product Manager to shape digital solutions that empower their Heat business, which produces, transports and supplies heat to B2B and B2C customers. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and take full ownership of the product lifecycle — from vision and strategy to execution and delivery — with a strong focus on technical products and outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the digital product vision and strategy for Heat & Assets, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute a clear product roadmap and align on Roadmap & OKRs.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team (designers, front- and backend developers, data engineers, data scientists, analysts), fostering innovation and mentoring junior members.
  • Take end-to-end product ownership: quality, UX, feature prioritization, design, and content decisions.
  • Use data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and measure product success.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and efficient team operations.
  • Facilitate agile rituals and provide Scrum and agile leadership.
  • Build alignment and strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in digital product development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance and prioritize diverse needs across the business.
  • Proven track record delivering results in complex and changing environments.
  • Ability to define and drive a digital product vision & strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strategic product leadership mindset, curiosity, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions at scale.
  • Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments and adapting to different ways of working.

Location & Working Model

  • Based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
  • Hybrid working: 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexible. With manager approval, working abroad is allowed up to 3 weeks/year (max 2 consecutively).
  • Role is part of Eneco’s digital organization supporting the energy transition and the One Planet strategy (climate neutral by 2035).

Compensation

  • Gross annual salary between €80,000 and €100,000 (including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on role a bonus or collective profit sharing).
  • FlexBudget can be paid out, used to buy extra holiday days, or saved.
