At Eneco, we’re accelerating the energy transition by putting customers at the heart of everything we do. Within our growing Data & Intelligence domain, we are forming a dedicated team focused on unlocking the value of data to drive smarter business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly visible area of the organization, collaborating closely with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the roadmap for data products related to churn prediction and customer value measurement, in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, and analysts to develop and deliver scalable data products.
  • Gather and refine requirements from a wide range of internal users—from marketers to strategists—and turn these into clear priorities for the team.
  • Continuously improve the accuracy, explainability, and actionability of churn and value models, ensuring they drive real-world impact.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align conflicting priorities through structured communication and strong facilitation.
  • Champion a product mindset within the data domain, helping shift from project-based work to scalable, reusable data products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a data-heavy or analytics-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering data products used by internal stakeholders.
  • High data literacy: comfortable discussing metrics, data pipelines, model performance, and data quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance and prioritize diverse needs across the business.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Benefits

  • Gross annual salary between €95,000 and €120,000 including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and, depending on your role, a bonus or collective profit sharing.
  • FlexBudget: can be paid out, used to buy extra holiday days or saved for other purposes.
  • Personal and professional growth opportunities.
  • Hybrid working: 40% at the office and 40% at home, with flexibility on the remaining days.

Additional Information

  • Work 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Eindhoven-based with hybrid work option.
  • Part of a newly formed Customer Value data team with collaboration opportunities across multiple domains.
  • Role focused on driving measurable outcomes and leadership growth in product management.
