We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and enhance our HR Technology stack within the Future of Work domain. This product-minded role involves leading custom builds or evaluating third-party solutions and driving outcomes from strategy to implementation. The role requires expertise in technology consulting practices including user experience design, process modeling, requirements gathering, visual design, systems support, and agile methodology adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of HR technology products, prioritizing backlog and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technology stack.
  • Drive strategic buy vs. build decisions on enhancements and technology solutions.
  • Assess new requests and prioritize for alignment with business goals.
  • Balance functional and non-functional requirements in technology solutions.
  • Model user experiences, business processes, system interactions, and data architecture.
  • Automate capabilities ensuring simplified experiences within Workday and other HR systems.
  • Work with HR Centers of Excellence and Engineering teams to gather requirements.
  • Lead or support technology solutions enhancing employee workplace experience.
  • Prioritize trade-offs aligning technical decisions with business goals and scalability.
  • Manage vendor relationships including onboarding, privacy, security reviews, and audits.
  • Provide system support and configuration within leading cloud technologies.
  • Monitor system metrics and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics for actionable insights.
  • Contribute to Quarterly Operational reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in HR technology with successful influencing at Director level.
  • Proven experience with global HR platforms, especially Workday.
  • AI-native mindset using emerging tools for efficiency, insights, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and coordination with technical resources.
  • Hands-on Agile methodology experience breaking down epics into user stories.
  • Collaboration with IT teams on integration initiatives.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing processes.
  • Establish and track success metrics for HR technology effectiveness.
  • Recent experience with administration, configuration, and support.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Jira.
  • Expert proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Wikis.
