Join Eneco to help achieve climate neutrality by 2035 by playing a pivotal role in modernizing the company’s digital landscape. You will lead the transformation of critical ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics in an agile and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive Eneco’s digital product vision aligned with business goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and mentor junior members.
  • Use data and continuous discovery for informed decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end product quality, user experience, and strategic product decisions.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and high-quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate agile rituals and foster collaboration.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with engineering and other teams.
  • Maintain product roadmap and align with company objectives.
  • Evangelize the product vision inside and outside the organization.

Requirements

  • PSPO I / II certification is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of product management experience focusing on technical products and architectures.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Source-to-Pay solutions, preferably SAP suite (SAP Ariba, MDG, VIM, MM & SD).
  • Thorough knowledge of logistics business processes and the relationship between purchasing and logistics.
  • Hands-on experience creating business cases, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance testing, backlog management, and continuous product improvement.
  • Strong strategic mindset and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.
