We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Product Owner GenAIforFEC to lead the development and integration of Generative AI solutions within our Pega-based FEC Workflow Management systems. You will be at the forefront of Rabobank’s AI transformation, shaping intelligent products that enhance analyst productivity, automate decision-making, and deliver smarter customer and employee experiences.

The Financial Economic Crime (FEC) department plays a vital role in protecting the integrity of the financial system. Our mission is to prevent and combat financial crimes such as money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing. We do this by combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge technologies, including Pega and GenAI, to stay ahead of emerging threats and ensure regulatory compliance.

You and your role

You will work closely with cross-functional DevOps teams, architects, compliance experts, and business stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap. Your focus will be on embedding GenAI capabilities, such as summarization, knowledge assistants, and intelligent routing, into Pega workflows, leveraging innovations like Pega GenAI Coach, Knowledge Buddy, and Autopilot

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision for GenAI in Pega, aligned with FEC and Rabobank’s strategic goals.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on user value, feasibility, and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, architecture, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of GenAI into Pega workflows.
• Lead agile ceremonies and drive delivery within a DevOps environment.
• Monitor GenAI advancements and market trends to continuously evolve the product.
• Ensure responsible AI development, with attention to fairness, transparency, and regulatory alignment.
• Engage with stakeholders across compliance, legal, and risk to ensure solutions meet internal and external standards.

You and your talent

• HBO/WO level of thinking and working.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven success in delivering digital products, ideally involving AI or workflow automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps collaboration.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn—especially in the fast-evolving field of GenAI.
• Knowledge of Pega, financial crime prevention, or AI technologies is a strong plus.
