The QA department ensures our software products are of the highest quality and efficiency. We are a dedicated team of inspectors who carry out audits to validate quality criteria for customers, management, certifiers, and other stakeholders.

We are a medium-sized team of 20+ people where everyone is working on different but connected projects. Yet we strive to maintain our Core QA guild, where we build camaraderie and share ideas and experiences. Good product quality, a positive atmosphere, and strong teamwork are some of our main values. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality products
  • Apply Agile principles effectively in day-to-day activities
  • Write manual and automated tests to conduct complex functional and integration tests to confirm acceptance criteria are met
  • Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team
  • Support, maintain, and improve all related test cases
  • Contribute to identifying testing strategies and driving their implementation with the QA Guild
  • Perform functional testing in web/desktop applications and/or back-end systems depending on the project
  • Ensure the product is at a high-quality level for deployment
  • Report software defects and collaborate with multiple development teams to resolve them
  • Train and mentor less senior team members
  • Optimize release processes for smoothness and quality
  • Make decisions regarding test automation
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas and innovations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance including frontend, backend, and web application testing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in test case design and management
  • Familiarity with management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Quick understanding of complex technical systems and structures
  • Strong desire for quality in all aspects of the shippable product
  • Experience working with Agile, Kanban, or similar methodologies

Bonus Points

  • Experience with payment systems
  • Core API testing experience
  • Experience with virtualization, GitLab, Jenkins
  • Experience with Jest, Axios, and JavaScript/TypeScript based test automation frameworks
  • Experience using Node.js

Salary

Gross Salary 3100 - 4800 EUR/Month.
