Mission

The project involves four integrated applications forming a BPM System that handles business process modeling and configuration:

  • Front End System: Web app for offices and branches.
  • Back Office System: Web app for head office operations.
  • Call Centre System: Web app for call center users.
  • NARC: New front-end application migrating legacy functions.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the in-house UI testing framework.
  • Collaborate on continuous development process improvements.
  • Understand business requirements, functional analysis, and change tasks.
  • Create test plans and design test cases.
  • Execute automated sanity and functional/non-functional tests including performance, security, and access channels.
  • Maintain integration (regression) test plans and add new test cases.
  • Report, escalate, and trace bugs and errors.
  • Provide feedback on user experience designs.
  • Support production and UAT incidents.
  • Document application lifecycle processes.
  • Participate in application planning meetings.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or engineering.
  • Intermediate knowledge of C# or another OOP language; beginner level SQL.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver framework.
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and defect reporting skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Abstract thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer orientation.
  • Flexibility in procedures.

Nice to Have

  • Prior QA testing experience.
  • Experience with GIT and change management/defect tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools like UFT(QTP).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and unit testing frameworks (TestNG, JUnit).
  • Understanding of HTTP protocol, GET and POST requests.
  • Experience with Page Object Model.
  • Experience using TFS/Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
