Details

We are looking for an experienced mobile App developer to join the ICS IT Digital Channels domain to build high-performance, user-centric cross-platform applications using React Native. The role sits in a DevOps-oriented, agile environment and is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining apps (iOS & Android) that deliver a smooth payments/credit card experience for commercial and private clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
  • Participate in an autonomous DevOps team with end-to-end responsibility for building, testing and maintaining app solutions.
  • Work on projects such as Google Pay integration and secure app enrollment.
  • Integrate native modules and perform platform-specific customizations as needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers and product teams to translate business requirements into intuitive mobile experiences.
  • Participate in Scrum and SAFe ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, QPE events) and in relevant communities.
  • Contribute to team decisions and the team’s training and learning path.

Requirements

Must haves

  • 10+ years of experience as a mobile app developer.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with Redux and/or Context API for state management.
  • Experience with native module integration and platform-specific customizations.
  • Experience deploying to and optimizing for the App Store and Google Play.
  • Experience with performance optimization and using debugging tools for mobile apps.
  • Strong UI/UX implementation skills and familiarity with responsive design principles.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Experience working in DevOps teams.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and SAFe principles.
  • Ability to transform complex business requirements into intuitive mobile experiences.

Soft skills

  • Team player with good collaboration skills (designers, backend, product).
  • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with the React Native ecosystem and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to performance and user experience.
