Responsibilities

As a Business Technology Consultant, you will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the CISO organization. You will play an important role in organizational topics that impact guidance, work methods, and the strategy of the bank's information security.

You will advise and support in establishing a (new) strategy or improving a process, and also promote it within the organization. Collecting and analyzing data, presenting, planning, organizing, and drafting reports are crucial aspects of your role.

You will provide support, guidance, advice, and execution power on complex roadmaps within the technology domain. This may involve a significant transformation within the Innovation & Technology organization or the implementation of a new strategic process/regulation, such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act). The scope of your projects can range from medium-sized departments to the entire organization, facing challenges at every level!

You will encounter a wide variety of topics, sizes of stakeholder fields, and the task of mobilizing the (CISO) organization and the management team.

Requirements

• Academic work and thinking level;
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a (business) consultant;
• Extensive experience with organizational development and change management;
• Knowledge of methods/techniques and processes in an Agile organization (Lean, DevOps);
• Affinity with IT, Transformation & security.
