NVIDIA is seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Customer Program Manager to manage the development and implementation of NVIDIA Gen AI software solutions for OEM system partners. This role will lead multi-functional teams, align project delivery with business objectives and client needs, and ensure successful deployment of Gen AI solutions across OEMs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Gen AI software solution projects, from inception to deployment across multiple OEMs, including design, development, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather requirements, set project goals, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead multi-functional teams of infrastructure and software engineers and product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring alignment with standard methodologies in Gen AI software solutions development and validation across OEMs and ecosystem partners.
- Identify risks during program execution and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Establish and supervise key program/project metrics (KPIs) to evaluate project progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in NVIDIA Gen AI software solutions to inform project direction and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years overall experience with 5+ years specifically in Gen AI software and solutions project/program management, focusing on AI/ML solutions for external customers.
- Proven experience managing complex software projects with multi-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, explicitly including RAG and NIM, and their applications.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers and partners.
- Ability to analyze and solve sophisticated problems in a fast-paced environment.

- Base salary range: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD (determined based on location, experience, and internal pay comparisons).
