Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customer projects, overseeing project deliverables, resource management, milestone completion, and escalations.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, partners, sales) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to customers.
  • Define project scope and objectives with customers to match strategic goals.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to support successful outcomes.
  • Analyze customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend strategy enhancements.
  • Monitor resource availability and collaborate globally to streamline processes and scale business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Engagement/Project Management experience in technology.
  • 2+ years in technology/software pre-sales or technical consulting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • High business acumen with ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Experienced with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Rocketlane, Jira) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PlanHat).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort speaking to customers and executives.
