We are looking for a Java Developer who is enthusiastic and passionate about improving our customers' digital experience. You will help realise ABN AMRO's strategy of being a personal bank in a digital age by developing, maintaining and transforming the Customer Digitisation IT landscape. You will work in a DevOps team responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of software to automate and support business processes, ensuring crucial bank processes can be executed efficiently, securely and sustainably.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and transform customer digitisation software and systems.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary DevOps team covering analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance.
  • Automate and support business processes for customer onboarding and other digital journeys.
  • Ensure solutions are efficient, secure and sustainable.

Working environment

  • You will be part of the Digital Channels Enabling GRID within Personal & Business Banking, working on the generic customer onboarding journey.
  • Teams are multidisciplinary, Agile, and responsible for the entire onboarding journey.
  • The team values openness, transparency, quality and ownership and encourages learning and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of IT experience with working scrum/agile knowledge.
  • Extensive experience with Java 17 (or higher) and modern frameworks such as Spring.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in DevOps teams and with practices related to development, testing and deployment.

Benefits

  • Gross monthly salary: €5,112 - €7,303 (based on a 36-hour work week; includes vacation pay and benefit budget).
  • Benefit Budget of 11% of salary (paid out monthly if unused in the Benefit Shop).
