The Community Blueprint team under Global Operations aims to improve the end-to-end customer journey by bridging product, operations, and policy teams. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making, connecting data across product and operations, and enhancing guest and host experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Specialists.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive environment encouraging growth and innovation.
• Oversee workload management, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Manage and scale the partner product specialist program according to business needs and budget.
• Drive program performance to meet targets and SLAs.
• Develop and implement KPIs measuring team effectiveness and product success.
• Track program performance data and update stakeholders regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align efforts with company goals.
• Leverage LLMs/generative AI tools to enhance team effectiveness.
• Build strong partnerships with teams across Product, Engineering, Training, and more.
• Work globally across time zones requiring flexible meeting availability.
• Stay current with industry trends and advanced data analysis techniques.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in Program Management, Product Insights, Product Operations, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience with Jira and Airtable is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Agile, growth-minded with experience driving projects from ideation to impact.
• Robust business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience managing teams, performance, and goal setting.
• Process optimization and cross-functional project management experience.
• Understanding of LLMs and interest in AI space.
• Flexibility in priorities and ambiguity.
• Prior experience in the technology industry or fast-paced data-driven environments preferred.

Benefits

• Base pay range from $188,000 to $258,500 USD.
• Eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
