You will play a crucial role in Eneco's mission to become a climate-neutral, digital-first energy company. You will drive product strategy and the development of core internal platforms that enable operational excellence and scalable digital solutions, using data and continuous discovery to inform decisions and validate solutions. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales and customer support to align execution with the product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs and technical feasibility.
  • Lead platform development for B2C internal platforms, steering operational efficiency and customer focus across teams and business units.
  • Use data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions and enhance product success.
  • Enable (semi-)automation and efficiency gains by leveraging data and modern platform capabilities to reduce friction for business teams and improve customer interactions.
  • Facilitate agile rituals and provide Scrum/Agile leadership to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Develop and align roadmap and OKRs with team and company goals; evangelise product vision and ways of working to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales and customer support to drive alignment and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (the listing indicates > 5 years) as a product leader or senior product manager, preferably working on internal platforms or platform capabilities.
  • Strong strategic mindset with hands-on product management skills; able to zoom out and see the bigger picture while driving day-to-day outcomes.
  • Experience using data and continuous discovery methods to prioritise and validate solutions.
  • Experience leading platform initiatives that improve operational efficiency and scalability (B2C internal platforms preferred).
  • Comfortable facilitating agile rituals and working with Scrum teams; experience aligning roadmaps with OKRs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills, able to align engineering, commercial and support teams around a product vision.
