You will play a crucial role in Eneco's mission to become a climate-neutral, digital-first energy company. This includes driving radical electrification, phasing out fossil fuels, and accelerating sustainable solutions like green hydrogen and geothermal energy.
You will use data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and enhance product success. This means you will play a key role in building and optimizing core internal platforms that enable operational excellence and scalable digital solutions.
You will work closely with various teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive alignment and execution. This ensures a holistic approach to product development and management, where you clearly communicate and execute Eneco's product vision and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Define and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive alignment and execution across teams and business units.
- Use data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and improve product outcomes.
- Lead and steward the development of B2C internal platforms to drive operational efficiency and customer focus.
- Enable semi-automation and efficiency gains by leveraging data and modern platform capabilities to reduce friction for business teams and enhance customer interactions.
- Facilitate agile rituals and provide scrum/agile leadership to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Develop and align roadmaps and OKRs with team and company goals.
- Champion the product vision and evangelize ways of working to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Senior product management experience (the vacancy indicates more than 5 years of experience).
- Strong strategic mindset and hands-on product management approach: able to zoom out and also engage in day-to-day product work.
- Experience working with engineering teams and cross-functional partners (marketing, sales, customer support).
- Proven use of data-driven decision making and continuous discovery to prioritise and validate solutions.
- Experience with platform products, ideally internal B2C platforms or operational platforms that enable business workflows and automation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and facilitation of agile rituals.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to evangelise product vision.
- Ability to drive automation and operational improvement initiatives.

- Gross annual salary between ā¬100,000 and ā¬125,000 (including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance; bonus or collective profit sharing may apply depending on role).
