Responsibilities
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise business value and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap on behalf of all business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define MVPs, and deliver automation and digitisation initiatives.
- Work closely with vendors to document requirements and implement changes effectively.
- Coach and support other Product Owners and Business Analysts working on related projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding Product Owners and cross-functional squads.
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver technology solutions in complex, agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and negotiate priorities.
- Deep problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, can-do attitude to overcome delivery challenges.
- Experience in the mortgages or financial services domain, ideally with knowledge of credit operations.
- Passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing customer and operational outcomes.
