The Chip Design group within NVIDIA's Networking Business division is looking for an experienced Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and end-to-end tracking of Chip Design projects across various professional functions and organizations. This role drives planning processes and governance execution of the Chip Design projects by working with executives and engineers within the organization and interfacing organizations while aligning with corporate roadmaps, priorities, and targets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering groups to align with the company’s strategy, targets, and tools.
- Coordinate between all project stakeholders throughout projects’ life cycle (Pre and Post Silicon), within Chip Design organization, and external groups such as BE, Architecture, Software, Firmware, Operations, etc.
- Govern and control project domains process, identify risks, and validate that projects are on track meeting targets.
- Promote managerial, data-driven decision-making; identify and emphasize potential issues and risks in project implementation.
- Develop and implement development projects’ methodologies, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management and planning, preferably in Chip Design projects.
- Excellent English writing and verbal skills.
- Personal skills: excellent communication, teamwork, independence, responsibility, multitasking, proactiveness, ability to lead people and tasks without authority.
Ways to Stand Out
- Familiarity with Chip Design development (FE/BE).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework.
