Responsibilities

  • Work on the JavaScript SDK team focusing on SDKs for browser, React, Node.js, Next.js, build & CLI tools.
  • Own the entire development lifecycle from planning, implementation, testing, to documentation.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and focus on solving complex problems.
  • Engage with open-source communities and committees such as TC39 and OpenTelemetry SIG to influence JavaScript standards.
  • Directly assist Customer Operations team to resolve critical bugs and engage with users on GitHub and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience as a Software Engineer or web developer.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript for web applications, libraries, or SDK development.
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Resident of San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Bonus points:

  • History of contributing to or maintaining open-source libraries.
  • Experience working with open-source committees or working groups.
