Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, Enterprise Apps (Finance) to join our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team. The team drives automation through integrated enterprise systems to streamline business operations, particularly supporting the finance team.

In this role, you will be the financial systems subject matter expert focusing on Kyriba and financial technologies in the treasury space. You will work closely with product managers and finance/accounting teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within a small agile engineering team committed to delivering value. The role suits problem solvers thriving in a continuous learning environment with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for Kyriba, FireApps, FxAll, and other financial applications.
• Analyze business processes, perform fit/gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kyriba modules including Payments, Cash Management, Bank Connectivity, Financial Transactions, Cash Accounting, and GL Reconciliation.
• Perform platform administration, maintenance, and support for Kyriba and boundary systems daily.
• Create functional and technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and business architecture diagrams.
• Design and build scalable solutions such as customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-team engineers to develop and implement automations.
• Develop and execute test plans; lead unit and system integration tests.
• Lead engineering maturity activities including Agile, observability, tech debt management, automated testing, incident and defect management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, prioritize based on severity and impact.
• Support business process transformation to improve efficiencies around critical activities like Month End Closure and Reporting.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and user training sessions.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in system administration of Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba) and ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
• 4 years hands-on configuration experience with Kyriba modules: Core Admin, Bank Reporting, Bank Connectivity, Payments, Cash Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Financial Transactions, and Cash Forecasting.
• 2+ years experience with full Kyriba implementations and integrations via middleware technologies such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and accounting business processes.
• Experience with integrations using SFTP, SOAP WebServices, and REST API.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting in Jira.
• Knowledge of production support, incident, and defect management.
• Ability to learn new systems, wear multiple hats, and act autonomously to support finance functions.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technical teams.

• Kyriba Certified (Gold and above).
• Middleware experience with Workato or similar tools.

Work Environment

While many roles are remote-first, in-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration and alignment. Attendance is expected and supported.
