Senior Systems Analyst, Enterprise Apps (Treasury)

The Enterprise Applications and Architecture team drives automation through an integrated suite of enterprise systems and technologies to streamline finance operations. This role is focused on serving as the financial systems subject matter expert primarily supporting Kyriba and other treasury-related financial technologies. The role is remote-first but not remote-only; in-person participation throughout the year (team/company offsites and other attendance) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for Kyriba, FireApps, FxAll and other financial applications.
• Analyze current business processes, perform fit/gap analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Kyriba capabilities for key processes: Payments, Cash Management, Bank Connectivity, Financial Transactions, Cash Accounting and GL Reconciliation.
• Perform platform administration, maintenance and day-to-day support for Kyriba and boundary systems.
• Create engineering artifacts such as Functional and Technical Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams and Business Architecture Diagrams.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Kyriba and other applications, including customizations, workflows, automations, integrations and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to develop and implement automations.
• Develop and execute test plans, lead unit and system integration tests with cross-functional teams.
• Lead engineering maturity activities (Agile, Observability, TechDebt Management, Automated Testing, Incident and Defect Management).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, prioritizing against the backlog based on severity and impact.
• Support business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiencies around key activities like Month End Closure and Reporting.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demos and user training sessions.

Requirements

• 5 years overall experience focused on system administration of Treasury Management Systems like Kyriba and ERPs such as NetSuite, Oracle or SAP.
• 4 years of hands-on configuration experience with Kyriba modules (Core Admin, Bank Reporting, Bank Connectivity, Payments, Cash Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Financial Transactions and Cash Forecasting).
• 2+ years of experience with full implementations of Kyriba and integrations through middleware technologies (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Strong knowledge of treasury and accounting-related business processes (Payments, Cash Management, Bank Connectivity, Financial Transactions, Cash Accounting, GL Reconciliation).
• Working knowledge of integrations using SFTP, SOAP WebServices and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodology (sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement) and reporting in Jira.
• Knowledge of production support, incident and defect management processes.
• Desire to continually learn new systems, wear multiple hats and act autonomously to support growing finance functions.
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional technical resources.

Nice to haves

• Kyriba certification (Gold and above).
• Workato / middleware experience.
• Passion for the crypto economy and DeFi.
• Experience in the financial industry.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Target Pay Range (depending on work location): $167,280 — $196,800 USD per year. Full-time offers may also include target bonus, target equity and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
