Ways to Stand Out

  • Previous experience as a software developer with hands‑on understanding of engineering pressures
  • Experience developing ADAS software and a strong understanding of modular software architecture, clean code design, and separation of concerns
  • Background in embedded systems (OS, platform drivers, sensors, middleware) or other software close to the hardware stack
  • Experience with Jira and/or JAMA, with ability to mentor teams on tool use and agility
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges by level:
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
