Details

We are looking for a creative and experienced Technical Program Manager to help bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform to market. You will be a key authority responsible for managing and delivering new platforms and technologies into the fleet. You will work with multi-functional engineering development teams across various vehicle subsystems to integrate their work into NVIDIA's autonomous DRIVE SW platform while achieving or exceeding relevant NVIDIA and automotive standards and guidelines.

NVIDIA provides automakers, Tier 1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start-ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy AI systems for self-driving vehicles. The team works with partners developing autonomous cars, trucks, shuttles and taxis.

Responsibilities

  • Incorporate new platform technologies: drive technologies from bring-up to production, working cross-functionally across teams.
  • Onboard new customer vehicles: coordinate onboarding from conception through bring-up to fleet adoption.
  • Handle risks and resolve issues that affect fleet technologies' scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Assist in improving processes and procedures within the team and help streamline day-to-day operations.
  • Establish and track stability and performance metrics to assess and improve end-to-end system quality and execution.
  • Define scope and work independently with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and manage project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones.
  • Regularly communicate program status and key issues to management and multi-functional teams within the organization.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years recent industry and program/project management experience driving planning and execution of software engineering projects and releasing commercial products.
  • Experience with projects that involve new product areas and a proven record of leading and successfully delivering scalable programs and projects and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows in scalable organizations.

Ways to stand out

  • Familiarity with embedded systems.
  • Experience in automotive system integration.
  • Experience leading global projects across time zones.
  • Background with Jira and/or JAMA, to the extent you can mentor engineering teams in using these tools.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (determined by location, experience, and level):
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
    • Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).

Other information

  • Applications for this job will be accepted at least until December 16, 2025.
  • NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse work environment.
