NVIDIA’s deep learning platforms are widely used across academia, start-ups, and industry. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for NVIDIA's DGX Cloud to serve as the bridge between NVIDIA Researchers and DGX Cloud Engineering. You will drive development of resilient, high-performance infrastructure for AI training and inference, lead and scale a team supporting mission-critical systems for researchers, and increase researcher productivity by providing a world-class AI research environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage milestones and schedules for cluster bringups and coordinate many moving parts.
- Develop and drive a communication strategy that provides cross-functional and organizational visibility on program progress and engineering delivery.
- Provide end-to-end cross-functional management for platform feature roadmaps, interacting with internal customer teams to ensure responsiveness to critical priorities.
- Execute and deliver complex AI/ML infrastructure programs at scale, ideally in cloud, hyperscaler, or enterprise datacenter settings.
- Lead initiatives to reduce GPU idle waste and improve cluster utilization metrics; drive developer-centric programs to accelerate internal developer velocity.
- Influence internal NVIDIA teams by crafting efficient/accountable development environments through process development and process improvement.
- Drive organizational efficiency by coordinating with cross-functional leads, streamlining processes, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of program management experience driving planning and execution of large programs and software engineering projects in a matrix environment.
- Experience successfully leading global projects across time zones.
- Experience with Jira and/or Aha; able to guide engineering teams in using these tools and executing in an Agile/Scrum manner.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically; build consensus; resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
- Expert in enterprise-scale lean process development and rolling out new efficiencies organization-wide.
- Ability to drive cross-org alignment across senior and executive leaders; excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- MS in EE or CS, or equivalent experience.
Preferred / Ways to stand out
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills and proven ability to work with multi-functional teams across organizational boundaries and geographies.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus.
- Experience in customer- or partner-facing roles supporting GPU-accelerated workloads.
Compensation & Other Details
- Base salary range by level:
- Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
- Level 6: 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits).
