NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager within the global IT PMO team to lead and supervise global programs that integrate IT with supply chain, finance, sales and other business functions. The role focuses on delivering roadmaps, ensuring program health, driving cross-functional execution, and enabling adoption of new processes and technologies (including LLMs, chatbots and other AI solutions). The position sits at the intersection of IT and supply chain/manufacturing in a fabless semiconductor/hi‑tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects: develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; coordinate resources; manage risks and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Partner closely with supply chain and finance teams on strategic projects covering production planning, material management, logistics, inventory management, and demand fulfillment optimization.
- Drive initiatives to optimize the supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs; identify process bottlenecks and leverage technology solutions.
- Establish project governance frameworks (charters, governance boards, reporting mechanisms) and provide regular updates, performance metrics, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop strategies for adoption of new processes and technologies, including communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Pursue continuous improvement and automation opportunities; implement standard methodologies to enhance performance.
- Lead vendor management activities, including vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure successful delivery and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Agile execution experience using collaboration tools like Jira is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization concepts and methodologies.
- Experience managing supply chain/manufacturing projects integrated with procurement, finance, planning and other business functions.
- Expert in managing large-scale cross-functional business and IT projects, including projects that leverage LLMs, chatbots, and AI technologies.
- Strong project management skills (planning, risk management, stakeholder management) and ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration at all levels.
- Organizational change expertise and the ability to lead change and address resistance.
- Familiarity with business processes, industry-standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges provided by level:
- Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
- Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
- Eligible for equity and company benefits.
