Details

NVIDIA Metropolis offers GPU-accelerated libraries/SDKs, microservices, tools and blueprints to help developers build, deploy and scale AI-enabled applications from the edge to the cloud. This Technical Program Manager role will lead program execution across the full development lifecycle — from concept to model training, engineering for optimized inference and deployment — and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver Vision AI solutions and productize them.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic roadmap execution in close partnership with engineering and product management.
  • Lead program activities across the development lifecycle: concept, model training, inference optimization, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Use Jira dashboards and bug-database queries for reporting; use Confluence for program updates to core and leadership teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to improve execution processes and deliverables.
  • Be an integral member of Vision AI development and productization workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of end-to-end Program Management experience in a similar or related role.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Agile project management methodologies; experience guiding teams in an Agile/Scrum manner.
  • Strong experience with Jira and ability to coach engineering teams on tool usage and implementation.
  • Experience using Confluence for program documentation and updates.
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to operate in environments with shifting priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to think long-term, build consensus and prioritize to align cross-functional teams.

Ways to stand out

  • Prior Program Management experience with Vision AI or AI application development.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems.
  • Deep understanding of the software product life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience applying AI in Program Management.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (location & level dependent):
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
    • Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
