Our work at NVIDIA is dedicated towards a computing model passionate about visual and AI computing. This role sits in the global IT PMO team and will lead and supervise programs to deliver integrated planning solutions across supply chain, finance, sales, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects: develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensure adherence to deliverables, coordinate resources, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Champion effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to manage strategic projects in demand forecasting, demand/supply and distribution planning and optimization, inventory management, and demand fulfillment optimization in a fabless semiconductor / hi-tech environment.
- Drive initiatives to optimize the supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs by identifying process bottlenecks and leveraging standard methodologies and technology solutions.
- Establish project governance frameworks including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular updates, performance metrics, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management, and maintain project documentation.
- Develop strategies to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies, including communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive change.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization; implement standard methodologies to drive efficiency and performance gains.
- Lead vendor relationships: manage procurement, vendor contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Agile execution experience using collaboration tools like Jira is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with technology solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software, and demand planning / forecasting applications.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational change expertise with the ability to drive change and manage resistance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with business processes, industry-standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and comparable pay. The base salary ranges provided are:
- Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
- Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
